Do I need to install any app?
No. Google Meet and Zoom both run in your phone or laptop browser. No downloads, no account required.
How long does the call take?
About 15 minutes. Walk us through each room and any awkward spots — that's really all we need.
Is it free?
Yes, completely free and with no obligation. The video survey is just how we make sure the quote we give you is accurate.
When do I get my quote?
Usually within an hour of the call. For larger moves we may need a bit more time, but we'll always let you know.
What if I can't do a video call?
Video calls are optional — they're there to build trust and help us give you an accurate price. It's not a problem if you can't. We'll figure it out another way.
