Tips
Useful moving tips for Eindhoven
Apply for a parking exemption
In the city center and several other zones, you'll need a temporary parking exemption for a moving van. Apply through the Gemeente Eindhoven — allow at least 5 working days. We're happy to remind you of this step when planning your move.
Reserve the service lift in apartment buildings
Many apartment buildings in Eindhoven (especially in Strijp-S and Woensel) require you to reserve the service lift. Contact your VvE or building manager at least a week before your move date. Forgetting this can disrupt our schedule — let us know and we'll send you a reminder.
Expats and international moves
Moving to Eindhoven from abroad, or leaving for the Benelux or Germany? We have experience with cross-border relocations. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll advise on the logistics.
Avoid the summer peak at TU/e and Fontys
July and August are the busiest months in Eindhoven, especially around the TU/e campus and Fontys locations. Students move in large numbers. Book at least two weeks ahead if you're moving in that period — we fill up fast in summer.

How much does a move in Eindhoven cost?
It depends on the scale. A student room or light move starts from €75. An apartment typically costs €300–€500, a house €400–€700. A full service including packing, unpacking and assembly can reach €1,400. We work on an hourly basis, so you pay for actual time spent. Always a free, no-obligation quote upfront.
How quickly can you be in Eindhoven?
Our base is in Eindhoven itself. When available, we can be with you the same day — call or WhatsApp us for current availability. There's no minimum booking notice for regular jobs.
Do you move on weekends or in the evenings?
Yes. We're available from 06:00 to 22:00, every day of the week — including weekends and public holidays. No surcharge for evening or weekend moves.
Do you also pack and unpack?
Yes. We offer full packing service, partial packing, or just unpacking at the new address. We also bring packing materials. Mention it in your request and we'll include it in the planning.
What if something gets damaged during the move?
We handle your belongings with care. In the unlikely event of damage, we apply a liability limit of €800 per move based on the current value of the damaged item. Damage must be reported within 14 days of the move with photos. Items you packed yourself are not covered. If you have items worth more than €800, let us know in advance — we'll photograph them before and after.
Do you move internationally?
Yes, for moves within the Benelux and small cross-border moves to Germany. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Do you have a moving lift?
We don't own one ourselves, but we can arrange one. Just mention it when requesting a quote and we'll include it in the planning.
How do I request a quote?
By phone, email, or WhatsApp — whichever you prefer. For single-item transport or a small move, we can give you a price straight away. For an average move, it takes about 10 minutes. For large moves including packing, unpacking and assembly, it can take up to half a day to put together an accurate estimate. No deposit required.
